Once your order has been confirmed by us and payment completed, your Goods will be dispatched to you as soon as possible. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt unless express option is selected. Customers will be contacted if there order cannot be dealt with within this time frame. If for whatever reason the Goods which you have ordered are not available, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery of Goods will be to UK mainland addresses only. Delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to make an alternative arrangement for delivery.

We operate two delivery rates, standard rate Royal Mail 2nd Class and a 24 Hour / 1st Class rate courier

Standard rate is free on all orders over £75 and an additional charge will need to be paid if opting for 24 Hour / 1st Class option.

You have the option to upgrade to 24 hour / 1st Class option rate delivery for £4.99 which will require a signature on delivery.

We aim to dispatch all premium delivery rate orders placed before 2:00pm on the same day. This should provide you with delivery within 24 Hours (week days only).

We aim to dispatch all standard delivery rate orders within 48 hours of receipt. Delivery via Royal Mail  is usually very reliable and arrives within a 3 days (in some cases this can take up to 5 working day). However, this service can take up to 7 working days before we can acknowledge an order as missing. If after this period your order has not arrived please contact us as soon as possible.

It is important to remember many of the items we sell will not fit through a letter-box. It is common practice in these circumstances for the delivery company to leave a card of attempted delivery. Occasionally the Royal Mail will also leave parcels behind a gate or out of sight to the side of the house. If your order has not yet arrived this is worth checking first.
